🌿 Wellness Wednesday: Lemon Honey Ginger Wellness Shots 🍋✨

This is one of my favorite simple daily habits. I made these ginger shots with fresh lemon, raw honey, and coconut water — and they came out amazing. I personally take half a shot mixed into my detox water every morning, and I’ve noticed such a difference in my digestion and bloating. 💛

Serving Size: 1–2 ounces daily 🥃


INGREDIENTS 🛒

* 2 large lemons, freshly squeezed 🍋
* 1–2 tablespoons raw honey (to taste) 🍯
* ½–1 cup coconut water 🥥
* Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper or turmeric ✨

METHOD 👩‍🍳

• Add chopped ginger, coconut water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and raw honey all into a high-speed blender.

• Blend everything together until completely smooth. (The ginger will not blend properly on its own — all liquids should go in together.)

• Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.

• Pour into a glass container and refrigerate.

• Store for up to 5 days. Shake before serving. 💛
